Store Managers

Alongside demonstrable experience in a management position, you’ll need the ability to manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, costs, communications and team development. You should also have:
- Experience of managing performance in a sales environment
- The ability to plan and react to changes
- The ability to drive performance and manage difficult conversations when needed
- An interest in home interiors alongside a willingness to express your views
- A flexible approach to working hours across the week, including weekends and evenings
- Enthusiastic with a can-do, will-do approach
- Self-motivation and bags of initiative

Our Store Managers enjoy exciting, lucrative careers which lead towards opportunities for greater responsibility and job satisfaction. Many move on to managing bigger or additional stores as Dual Site Managers, before eventually taking on Regional Manager roles. There is also the potential to progress into a variety of senior roles within our Support Office.
